ZSV in Asphalt Binders
In recent years the concept of the computation of a zero shear viscosity for asphalt binders has become attractive for specification of a high temperature performance criteria related to the build up of permanent deformation. This software computes the STEADY STATE VISCOSITY thatfor linear visco-elastic liquids can be approximated to the ZERO SHEAR VISCOSITY.
Data file and results
Date is in the format of an ASCII text file that can be created within the software or from any text editor and/or spreadsheet. The text file must have a *.zsv extension. The file must contain a minimum of 10 data items and a maximum of 21. Test data is frequency (rad/sec), complex modulus (G*) and phase angle (d) as per the example shown.The second line of the data set is the test temperature and the number of test results.

Pricing and RHEA software
RHEA ZSV is a limited version of the RHEA software. We would recommend that users of RHEA ZSV consider upgrading to the full RHEA software for a better understanding of the rheological properties of materials.
RHEA ZSV is released as a shareware software.

We always send an invoice. If you have already downloaded the latest release, there is no point in paying extra to have the software on media. Just order it at the no disk price, but make sure you clearly state the e-mail address you want your license to be sent to.
